If you are having trouble logging in to the POC CNA system, start by confirming that you are using the correct web address and that your browser is up to date. The portal works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, so make sure you are not using an older or unsupported browser. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page before trying again.

When entering your username and password, type them carefully and watch out for accidental spaces at the beginning or end of the fields. If you have forgotten your password, select the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your corporate email address, after which a reset link will be sent. Follow the instructions in the email, choose a new password that meets the complexity requirements (at least eight characters, a mix of upper‑case and lower‑case letters, a number and a special character), and then return to the login screen to sign in with the new credentials.

If your account becomes locked after several failed attempts, you will see a message indicating the lockout. In this case, you need to wait the lockout period, typically fifteen minutes, before trying again. If the lockout persists, contact the help desk to have the account unlocked. Provide your employee ID and the name of your manager to verify your identity.

Multi‑factor authentication (MFA) is required for all CNA logins. Make sure you have the authentication app installed on a smartphone or that your hardware token is functional. When prompted, open the app and approve the sign‑in request, or enter the code displayed on your token. If you are not receiving MFA prompts, verify that your mobile device has a working data or Wi‑Fi connection, and check that notifications for the authentication app are enabled. For hardware token issues, ensure the battery is not depleted and that the device is correctly synchronized with the authentication server.

Network restrictions can also prevent successful login. The CNA portal is only accessible from approved corporate IP ranges. If you are working from home or a remote location, connect through the corporate VPN before attempting to log in. If the VPN connection fails, restart the VPN client, check that your internet connection is stable, and try again.

For browsers that block pop‑ups or cookies, adjust the settings to allow the CNA site to set cookies and open pop‑up windows. This is necessary for the MFA challenge and certain session management functions. If you encounter a “Session Expired” message after a short period of inactivity, simply log in again; the system will automatically end idle sessions for security reasons.

If you have tried all the steps above and still cannot access the system, gather the following information before reaching out for further assistance: the exact error message displayed, the time of the failed login attempt, the browser name and version you are using, and whether you are on a corporate network or VPN. Contact the POC CNA support team at the dedicated help‑desk phone number or email address. When you call, have your employee ID and the name of your department ready so the support staff can quickly locate your account and diagnose the issue. They may ask you to perform a password reset, clear additional browser data, or provide a temporary access code. Follow their instructions, and you should regain access to the POC CNA portal.
